We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Leather is a natural material, so color, texture and markings can vary slightly from bag to bag and from the photos, and screens display colors differently. Measurements are approximate.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Accuracy of information

We may occasionally make errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct such errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed an order.

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

7. Your content

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use, reproduce and publish it on our site and marketing channels. You confirm that the content is yours and does not break any law or anyone's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leatherjoy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.
