Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, plus the other countries listed at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days to the United States and 7 to 15 business days to the UK, Canada and Australia. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on international orders. Where these aren't collected at checkout, your country's customs office may charge them on delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you the return instructions. See our Refund Policy.
My bag arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

What are your bags made of?
Each product page lists the exact material. Genuine leather and faux (PU) leather are always labelled clearly.
Why does my bag look slightly different from the photos?
Leather is a natural material, so grain, color and small markings vary from piece to piece. Screen settings can also change how colors look.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Keep it away from long periods of direct sun and heat, wipe spills straight away with a soft dry cloth, and condition it with a leather conditioner every few months. Store it stuffed with paper in a dust bag to keep its shape.
